Surviving on a previously unexplored planet forces us to take care of the basic needs of our character, that is, to satisfy hunger and thirst, as well as to take care of the general health – the hero can get sick, break the limb and suffer other injuries. We also have to watch out for the threats posed by the environment all the time, because in addition to the threatening fauna or flora, danger is also posed by radioactive radiation, extreme temperatures or poisonous air. The basic game mechanics that enable us to survive in dangerous conditions is building. It was based on the principle of LEGO cliques – buildings are raised from previously created segments by the developer, which we can combine into various combinations.
